Prices are monthly in Saudi riyals and exclude 15% VAT. You can cancel at any time. For annual plans, contact us.

SMS is not included in the plans. On the Enterprise plan, it runs through your own SMS provider account.

Subscription questions

Can I try Ejtma before I subscribe?

Yes. A trial is available on request. Send the contact form, and the sales team reviews each request.

Do I have to commit to a term?

No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time. Contact us for annual or longer-term prices.

How are plan limits counted?

Users are all accounts that can sign in. Rooms, hospitality services and wayfinding screens count what you have now. Reservations and visits count per month, and each occurrence of a recurring reservation counts in its own month. One visit can include several visitors. At a limit, you cannot add more until the next month starts or you upgrade.

What if I need more rooms or users?

On the Advanced plan you can add rooms or users for the monthly fees shown on the plan card. For larger numbers, the Enterprise plan fits better.

Do prices include VAT?

No. VAT of 15% is added to the plan price.
